Humans of TapMango: Madison
Meet Madison! One of TapMango’s wonderful CSRs! She loves sushi, and loves dance! Find out what she loves about working at TapMango and her favorite TV shows.
What is your position at TapMango? How has it evolved since you started?
I started off at TapMango as a customer support rep – and I still am one, but I have also taken on a few marketing tasks 🙂
I really enjoy solving a merchant’s technical issues, especially if it’s a tough one – it makes me happy knowing I was able to help a merchant and make their life a little bit easier.
My desk is pretty simple/doesn’t have a lot on it to be honest, I have my computer monitors, a little elephant pen holder, I always have a candle and I also always have water with me.
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Hmmm – I think it would be sushi. It truly is my favorite food and I can honestly eat it all the time!
Something my work colleagues don’t know about me….hmm… I used to be a dancer! Not very exciting – but I can’t think of anything else haha. I danced until I was about 18 years old, I kind of just grew out of it/my knees started getting really bad, I still love to dance – but it’s more for fun these days!
Have confidence in yourself! Learn to love and respect yourself and don’t worry about being “good enough”. You are amazing the way you are, and you deserve happiness and love.
I am gonna go with the show on this one, 1st one – La Casa de Papel (Money Heist), truly a great show, with great acting, and overall just really entertaining.
2nd show – Yellowstone!! I love watching this with my husband and some of my family as well. I love seeing the scenery of the mountains, I love the way they show how tough being a rancher can be and of course, the entertainment side – the way they throw in comedy as well is great.
3rd show – Prison Break. When I say Prison Break I mean the earlier seasons, the further the show progresses it’s basically just repeating the story but in a different country. I thought the show was clever in how it was filmed, and the idea of a brother getting himself into prison with tattoos of the prison layout, all to help his brother… brilliant!
