Humans of TapMango: Jacqueline
Meet Jacqueline! One of TapMango’s lovely Customer Success Managers. See how her role has evolved since joining the TapMango team, what she enjoys about TapMango, and find out some fun facts about her being an extra in a popular early 2000’s movie!
What is your position at TapMango? How has it evolved since you started?
I started at TapMango as an Onboarding Specialist and was promoted to Customer Success Manager within my first year!
In addition to my normal role, I’ve also joined our marketing team and party planning committee!
The biggest thing that makes TapMango unique is the company culture. My bosses and colleagues are always so willing to help and ensure that you feel supported. There truly is something special in having an environment that allows you to thrive and grow not only professionally, but also personally.
Another wonderful aspect of my job is that I get to meet a lot of wonderful people from across the globe!
I’ve always wanted to travel mainly for all the different cuisines around the world. I haven’t accomplished my entire travel list but I am on my way there!
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
OU that’s a hard one for sure as I am definitely a foodie but I would have to go with lahmacun which is a Turkish flatbread with a side of olives and this Lebanese garlic sauce called Toum!
I was an extra in the film Cheaper By the Dozen 2! You can see me in several scenes, mainly the volleyball scene. I have also been an extra in many other hit movies when I was younger!
Everything always works out as it is meant to so don’t stress and stay positive!
The Office (Show – American Version) – one of the best shows ever, always good to play in the background.
Legally Blonde (Movie) – who doesn’t love a strong female lead who breaks down the classic blonde woman trope!
The Body Keeps the Score (Book by Bessel van der Kolk) – A very interesting book that outlines the difficulties people face from past traumas while offering psychological explanations and techniques for helping overcome anything that is thrown your way in life. It really provided a fresh perspective on how someone’s behavior also affects those around you.
